Wood Smoked Meats

Sliced Brisket

Corn-fed beef, slow-smoked with our brisket dry rub. Our brisket is trimmed lean, sliced in-house and guaranteed moist.

Chopped Brisket

Corn-fed beef, slow-smoked with our brisket dry rub. Our chopped brisket is extra smokey and cut from the ends of the flat side of the brisket.

Bone-in Chicken

Our bone-in barbecue chicken is house seasoned, hand trimmed and smoked until perfectly moist and juicy. The 1/2 chicken is cut into breast, thigh and drum and glazed with our original BBQ sauce.

Pulled Chicken

Our barbecue chicken is house seasoned, hand trimmed and smoked until perfectly moist and juicy. Our pulled chicken is a mix of hand-pulled dark and breast meat.

Pulled Pork

House-rubbed pork shoulder smoked low and slow over real hardwood, then hand-pulled to keep every piece juicy and packed with authentic BBQ smoke.

Burnt Ends

Burnt Ends are the most tender and flavorful “point” of the brisket. We smoke it till its fall apart tender, cut it into chunks, and then caramelize with our original barbecue sauce! (Not Available on Thursdays)

Ribs, Chicken and Wings

St. Louis Ribs

The meaty pork ribs are rubbed and slow-smoked until just the right amount of bite is left on the bone. They are then lightly glazed with our original barbecue sauce and served hot. Available by the rack or by the bone.

Full Chicken

Our bone-in barbecue chicken is house seasoned, hand trimmed and smoked until perfectly moist and juicy. Available as a full or 1/2 order, our finger licking good chicken is glazed with our original sauce and cut into breast, thigh and drum servings.

Smoked Wings

Wood-smoked wings, then deep fried and tossed in choice of original, buffalo or loco hot.

Famous Fries

Our crinkle cut fries are no ordinary french fries. We fry them up crispy and then toss them with a secret BBQ seasoning that you will die for.

Onion Rings

Prepared to order, these onion rings are crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle with just the right amount of crunch.

Potato Salad

Our house made potato salad is a customer favorite. Redskin potatoes cooked to tender perfection with a just the right amount of flavorful dressing.

Tangy Slaw

We start with fresh cabbage, chopped in house and blend in our homemade "tangy slaw" mix and special seasoning. A pinch of spice will leave your palette with a touch of kick as you take your last bite.

Mac & Cheese

Featuring four different cheese for just the right flavor, our mac & cheese is the perfect comfort food and compliment to our award winning BBQ. Crafted to meet the standards of both kids and adults alike.

Pickles and Peppers

No meal is complete without a "kick". Our unique spicy/sweet pickles and pickled jalapeño peppers complete any BBQ meal, just ask and we'll add them.

WED - Baked Potato

One pound baked potato loaded with brisket and cheese and topped with sour cream, butter chives and bbq sauce.

THUR - Texas Q

Chopped brisket piled high on Texas Toast, topped with two onion rings and melted provolone.

FRI - The Carolina

Born out of the Carolinas, this sandwich has pulled chicken piled high with tangy slaw, finished with our house made vinegar sauce, on a freshly baked bun.

CraftWorx Z Burger (seasonal)

Freshly ground short-rib, brisket and chuck beef, set on cool slaw, topped with sliced brisket, American cheese, onion straws and special BBQ aioli on a fresh baked and toasted Kaiser Bun.

About CraftWorx

CraftWorx BBQ & Brews is the evolution of what started as District BBQ — the same wood-smoked meats and house-made sides our regulars have come back for year after year, now with a full bar program featuring craft beers, cocktails, and thoughtfully curated pours to go alongside them.

We smoke everything in-house over real hardwood (mix of oak,hickory and some fruit woods). No shortcuts. Our brisket is trimmed and rubbed by hand smoked all day. Pork and Chicken are rubbed, smoked and pulled by hand. Our sides are made in house each day.
